Hemali Sudhir Patel, a significant shareholder in Galaxy Agrico Exports Ltd, has disclosed the details of shares disposal as per the Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulation, 2011. The disposal took place on 27th March 2026. The shares disposal details are as follows: Before the disposal, Hemali Sudhir Patel held 2.87% of the total voting rights and 2.87% of the total share capital. Post the disposal, her holding reduced to 0% of both the total voting rights and total share capital. The total diluted share capital of the company also remains unchanged at 1,74,92,626 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
