Innovators Facade Systems Ltd Reports 26.70% Decline in H1-2026 Revenue, EBITDA Margins Grow

Innovators Facade Systems Ltd has reported a decline of 26.70% in revenue for the half year ended 30th September 2025, compared to the same period last year. The company's EBITDA margins, however, grew from 15.79% in H1-2025 to 16.75% in H1-2026. The decline in revenue is attributed to delays in mobilization and execution of few ongoing projects due to reasons such as delay in project design approval from clients, delay in readiness of project site, and delay in site mobilization after design approvals. The company has received new work orders of approximately INR 20,370 lakhs in H1-2026 and INR 31,080 lakhs after the half year ended on 30th September 2025, taking the total new work orders to INR 51,450 lakhs from 1st April, 2025 to 31st October, 2025. The current order book position has reached its all-time high in the Company’s History, totaling approx. INR 44,836 lakhs as on 30.09.2025 and approx. INR 74,393 lakhs as on 31.10.2025.
