Senthil Infotek Ltd: Open Offer for Acquisition of 13,13,000 Equity Shares by Kolli Murali Krishna and Gogineni Srinivas

Senthil Infotek Limited has announced an open offer for acquisition of up to 13,13,000 fully paid-up equity shares by Kolli Murali Krishna and Gogineni Srinivas. The offer represents 26% of the voting share capital and is priced at ₹ 8 (Indian Rupees Eight only) per equity share, amounting to a total consideration of ₹ 1,05,04,000 (Indian Rupees One Crore Five Lakhs Four Thousand only). The offer is being made in compliance with the SEBI (SAST) Regulations and pursuant to a share purchase agreement entered on April 08, 2026.
