Zee Learn Ltd: Ford Rhodes Parks & Co LLP Appointed as Statutory Auditors of Digital Ventures Private Limited

In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of Digital Ventures Private Limited, a wholly owned material subsidiary of Zee Learn Ltd, has recommended the appointment of Ford Rhodes Parks & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors. This appointment is subject to approval by the Members at the General Meeting of the Company. The appointment is to fill the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of M/s. B. S. Sharma & Co., Chartered Accountants. Ford Rhodes Parks & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, shall hold office until the ensuing Annual General Meeting of DVPL if approved by the Members.
