Kallam Textiles Ltd: Union Bank of India Appoints IRP Under IBC

Kallam Textiles Ltd has been served with an appointment of an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) by Union Bank of India under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC). The bank had filed an application before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) under Section 7 of the IBC, which has been admitted. The order was delivered on 6th April, 2026, and the IRP, Mr. Chillale Rajesh, has been appointed to manage the corporate insolvency resolution process.
