Bajaj Auto Ltd Closes Trading Window for FY 2025-2026

Bajaj Auto Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the financial year ending 31 March 2026. The closure is in accordance with the company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons' under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for all Designated/ Connected Persons along with their immediate relatives/dependents from 01 April 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the audited standalone & consolidated financial results for the financial year ending 31 March 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the audited standalone & consolidated financial results for the financial year ending 31 March 2026 will be intimated separately.
