Paisalo Digital allots 100 CPs worth ₹5 Cr via private placement

Paisalo Digital Ltd's Operations and Finance Committee, on April 10, 2026, approved the allotment of 100 listed Commercial Papers (CPs) through a private placement. Each CP has a face value of ₹5,00,000 and was issued at ₹4,79,544. The total redemption value for these CPs is ₹5,00,00,000. These CPs have a tenure of 173 days from the allotment date, maturing on September 30, 2026. Bank of Maharashtra is the Issuing and Paying Agent (IPA) for this issuance, which represents a debt financing activity for the company.
