Indrayani Biotech Ltd. has announced that a Meeting of the Rights Issue Committee will be held on April 9, 2026. The meeting will approve key parameters of the upcoming Rights Issue as per the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Committee will decide the total number of Rights Equity Shares to be issued, the Rights Issue Price, the Rights Entitlement Ratio, the Rights Issue period, and the Record Date. The appointment of the Monitoring Agency and the Banker to the Issue will also be finalized in the meeting.
