According to the disclosure under regulation 31(4) of SEBI(Substantial Acquisition of shares & takeover) regulations, 2011 for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2026, CMI Ltd's Promoter and Promoter Group/PAC have declared that they have not made any new encumbrances, directly or indirectly, other than those already disclosed during the financial year.
