Rupaben Chetanbhai Jariwala Acquires 5.30% Stake in Trident Lifeline Limited

Rupaben Chetanbhai Jariwala, a Promoter of Trident Lifeline Limited, has acquired 5.30% stake in the company as per the disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition was made on 27.03.2026. The total equity share capital of the company before the acquisition was Rs. 11,93,30,000/- (1,19,33,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) which increased to Rs. 12,49,34,000/- (1,24,93,400 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) after the acquisition.
