Gokaldas Exports Ltd Appoints Mr. Balakrishna Shetty as Chief Operating Officer – India

Gokaldas Exports Ltd has appointed Mr. Balakrishna Shetty as the Chief Operating Officer – India with effect from April 02, 2026. Mr. Shetty is a seasoned Textile Technologist with over 33 years of experience in the apparel and textile manufacturing industry. He holds an M. Tech (Textiles) from Bangalore University and B. Tech (Textiles) from University of Mysore. This appointment is in accordance with the Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations and SEBI Master Circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
