Nestle India Board to meet on April 21, 2026 for FY26 results & dividend

Nestle India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will hold a meeting on April 21, 2026. The key agenda items for this meeting include the consideration and approval of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fiscal year that concluded on March 31, 2026. Furthermore, the Board will also deliberate on and potentially recommend a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, which would then be presented for approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. In line with regulatory requirements, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed from April 1, 2026, until April 23, 2026, inclusive of both dates.
