Sachin Govindlal Modi has acquired 1.31% stake in Padam Cotton Yarns Ltd via open market as per the disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition took place on 2nd April 2026. The total shares acquired by Modi are 2,877,448, which is equivalent to 1.08% of the total diluted share capital of the company. This acquisition makes Modi the new shareholder in the company. The company's equity share capital and total voting capital remain unchanged before and after the acquisition.
