SG Finserve Ltd to Approve Q4 and FY 2025-26 Financial Results on April 16, 2026

SG Finserve Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 16, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The meeting is scheduled in accordance with Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, in line with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is closed from 1st April, 2026 and will reopen on 19th April, 2026.
