The Promoter Group of G R Infraprojects Ltd has notified the company and the stock exchanges about the inter se transfer of equity shares among the qualifying persons (immediate relatives) under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations. The acquisition and disposal of shares by Shakuntala Devi Gupta and Manish Gupta did not result in any change in the aggregate shareholding and voting rights of the Promoter Group. The transaction occurred on 27th March 2026.
