Fortis Malar Hospitals Ltd Successfully Processes Rectification Application Against INR 20.82 Lakhs Demand by Income Tax Department

Fortis Malar Hospitals Ltd has successfully processed its rectification application against a demand of INR 20.82 Lakhs raised by the Income Tax department, Bengaluru for AY 2024-25. The Centralized Processing Centre (CPC) has processed the rectification application filed under section 154 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 against the Intimation Order under section 143(1) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for AY 2024-25. The demand has been deleted and a refund of Rs.41.11 lakhs has been determined.
