Manali Petrochemicals Ltd Extends Agreement with Fortuna Public Relations for Two More Years

Manali Petrochemicals Ltd has extended its agreement with Fortuna Public Relations Private Limited (FPRPL) for another two years, from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2028. FPRPL will continue to provide public relations consultancy services, including media and investor relations, corporate image building, and other related matters. The agreement does not involve any shareholding, special rights, or related party transactions. Manali Petrochemicals Ltd can terminate the agreement with one month's notice, and either party can terminate in case of material breach with a 15-day notice.
