Vikas Lifecare Schedules Board Meeting to Discuss Growth Strategy and Fund Raising

Vikas Lifecare Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 11, 2026, to discuss various matters including the company's business strategy for growth, business plans for the current fiscal year, and a proposal for raising funds through issuance of securities. The meeting will also cover all incidental matters. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for promoters, members of the promoter group, directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from April 1, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the outcome of this Board Meeting or the declaration of all financial results, whichever is later.
