Olatech Solutions Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until 48 Hours After FY2025-2026 Financial Results

Olatech Solutions Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in Equity Shares, effective from April 01, 2026. The closure will last until 48 hours after the communication of financial results for the year ending on March 31, 2026, to the Stock Exchange. The date of the Board meeting for the consideration of these financial results will be communicated to the Stock Exchange in due course. This disclosure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
