AGI Infra Ltd, a construction and real estate development company, has approved an extension of the payment period for its 60% stake in Worldnext Realty LLP. The original payment deadline of March 31, 2026, has been extended to December 31, 2026. The LLP, incorporated in 2021, is in the business of constructing group housing projects, houses, and bungalows. The acquisition is aimed at expanding AGI Infra's business. The LLP's revenue for the fiscal years 2023, 2024, and 2025 are 11,50,41,000/-, 4,83,470/-, and 3,21,42,054/- respectively. The cost of acquisition is Rs. 30,00,00,000/-.
