Raghuvir Synthetics Ltd Appoints Two New Independent Directors and Scrutinizer

Raghuvir Synthetics Ltd, a company registered in India, has announced the appointment of two new independent directors, Mr. Aayush Kamleshbhai Shah and Mrs. Ankita Vivekkumar Shah, at their Board Meeting held on April 03, 2026. The appointments are subject to approval by the members in the General Meeting. The company has also appointed M/s. Jinang Shah & Associates as the Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process and voting during the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for April 25, 2026. The Board Meeting also decided on the cut-off date and Book Closure period for the eligibility of shareholders to vote using remote e-voting facility.
