IFB Industries Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Manoj Kumar Vijay as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director and Mr. Sandeep Joseph Abraham as Additional Director, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer. The appointments are subject to the approval of the shareholders. Mr. Vijay has over 36 years of experience in various capacities in the USHA Martin Group, while Mr. Abraham is a dynamic business leader with 30+ years of experience in driving growth across diverse industries. Neither of them is related to any Director of the Company and not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other such authority.
