VMS Industries Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Financial Results

VMS Industries Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and insiders. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the company. The trading window will remain closed from 01st April 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting for the approval of the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting will be informed in due course.
