CRISIL Ltd Schedules Board Meeting to Approve Q1 Results and Dividend Payment for FY 2026

CRISIL Ltd, a leading credit rating agency, has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 16 and 17, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. The Board will also consider the payment of the first interim dividend for the financial year ending December 31, 2026. The financial results and dividend proposal will be presented to the Board on April 17, 2026, for approval.
