PVV Infra Ltd Closes Trading Window Ahead of Audited Financial Results

PVV Infra Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board meeting for considering the audited financial results will be announced in due course. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during this period.
