Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading. Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from entering into any transaction involving dealing/ trading in securities of the Company during this period.
