Chetan Navnitlal Shah Acquires 80,000 Shares of Ashapura Minechem Ltd

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Chetan Navnitlal Shah has acquired 80,000 equity shares of Ashapura Minechem Ltd. The acquisition was made in the open market and the shares represent 0.08% of the total share and voting capital of the company. The total share and voting capital of the company remains unchanged at 9,55,26,098 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, both before and after the acquisition.
