Sandip Somany Acquires Additional Shares in AGI Greenpac Ltd Through Open Market

Sandip Somany, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has acquired 50,000 shares of AGI Greenpac Ltd through the open market. This acquisition increased Sandip Somany's holding to 8.72% of the total share capital and voting rights. The acquisition took place on 27th March 2026. AGI Greenpac Ltd's equity share capital and total voting capital remain unchanged at 6,46,97,381 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each.
