Elfin Agro India Ltd Appoints New Internal Auditor and Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-2027

Elfin Agro India Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s Jindal Kulwal & Associates, Chartered Accountants as the new Internal Auditors and Mrs. Sanjana Jain, Practicing Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditor. The Internal Auditors are appointed for a term of two financial years, 2025-2026 and 2026-2027. Mrs. Sanjana Jain will conduct the secretarial audit for the financial year ending 31st March, 2026. Both the appointees are experienced professionals with more than 20 years of experience in their respective fields.
