Rossari Biotech Subsidiary to Sell Office Premises for ~ Rs. 10 Crores

Rossari Biotech Ltd. has announced that its subsidiary, Unitop Chemicals Private Limited, will sell its office premises located at Saki Naka, Mumbai, for a consideration of approximately Rs. 10 crores. The proposed transaction is expected to be completed by the end of Q2 FY27. The sale will not have any impact on the Company’s or Subsidiary’s business operations as no business operations are conducted from the premises. The sale does not constitute the sale of an undertaking within the meaning of Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013. The details of the transaction will be provided on the execution of the agreement.
