Promoter Ashish Dandekar Creates Pledge of Equity Shares in Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 31(1) and 31(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Mr. Ashish Dandekar, a promoter of Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd, has created a pledge of equity shares. The pledge was created on March 20, 2026, for covering a shortfall in security cover w.r.t financial assistance obtained by the Target Company. Another pledge was created on March 25, 2026, for covering a shortfall in security cover w.r.t financial assistance obtained for acquiring the shares of the Target Company. The total number of shares encumbered is 1,97,78,510, which is 10.30% of the total share capital.
