Baazar Style Retail Ltd Reports Highest-Ever Revenue in FY26, 37% YoY Growth

Baazar Style Retail Limited (BSRL), a leading value fashion retailer in Eastern India, has reported its business update for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The company recorded its highest-ever standalone revenue from operations in FY26, registering a robust YoY growth of 37% to Rs 18,421 Mn. The standalone revenue from operations in Q4FY26 grew by 35% YoY to Rs 4,662 Mn. The sales per square feet (PSF) stood at Rs 731 per month in FY26 and Rs 698 per month in Q4FY26. The same store sales growth (SSSG) stood at 3% in FY26 and 8% in Q4FY26. As of March 31, 2026, the company operated 263 stores with a total rental area of 24.53 Lakh Sq Ft. The company opened 11 new stores and did not close any stores in Q4 FY26. The revenue from operations for Q4FY26 and FY26 are subject to limited review/audited by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
