Man Infraconstruction Limited Reduces Partnership Interest in Subsidiary Man Aaradhya Infraconstruction LLP

Man Infraconstruction Limited has announced a reduction in its partnership interest in its subsidiary, Man Aaradhya Infraconstruction LLP, from 45% to 37.50%. This change is a result of an internal reorganization of partnership interest within the group as of April 1, 2026. Simultaneously, another subsidiary of the Company, Man Vastucon LLP, has increased its partnership interest in Man Aaradhya from 5.50% to 13%. Despite these changes, the ultimate control and management of Man Aaradhya remains unaltered.
