Ashoka Buildcon Redeems Rs.100 Crore Worth of NCDs on Due Date

Ashoka Buildcon Limited has successfully redeemed in full 10,000, Rated, Listed, Senior, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-convertible Debentures - Series I (NCDs) amounting to Rs.100 Crore. The NCDs, each with a face value of Rs.1,00,000, were listed on the Wholesale Debt Segment of BSE Limited. The redemption, which included the payment of principal amount and interest, was made on the due date of April 09, 2026.
