Vaswani Industries Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Q1 2026

Vaswani Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2026. The closure will come into effect from 1st April 2026 and will reopen after 48 hours from the dissemination of the audited financial results. The decision is in accordance with the Company’s Code for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed for promoters, promoter group, directors, key managerial personnel, and all other designated persons, their immediate relatives, and specified connected persons. The date for the board meeting to consider the audited financial results will be communicated in due course.
