KRN Heat Exchanger And Refrigeration Ltd's subsidiary, KRN HVAC Products Private Limited, has received an export order for supply of Heat Exchanger Coils. The estimated single order value is approximately INR 55 Crore with an estimated delivery period as per the order. The order has been received in the normal course of business and does not include any internal order. The promoters, promoter group, or group companies do not have any interest in the entities that have awarded the projects to the company, thus not falling under Related Party Transaction.
