Shantidoot Infra Services Ltd. Announces EGM for Share Capital Increase and Project Cost Revision

Shantidoot Infra Services Ltd. has called for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 25th April 2026. The meeting will be held both at the company's registered office and through Video Conferencing. The EGM will discuss two main points: increasing the authorized share capital and approving a material related party transaction for the revision of the project cost of Gautam Medical College & Hospital with Right Path Foundation. The share capital increase proposal aims to increase the authorized share capital from ₹ 3,00,00,000.00 to ₹ 13,00,00,000.00. The related party transaction proposal involves revising the project cost of Gautam Medical College & Hospital from ₹ 242 Crore to ₹ 273 Crore due to the inclusion of an additional Hostel Block area of 2,02,556.31 sq. ft.
