Shantidoot Infra Services Ltd, in reference to their earlier intimation dated April 01, 2026, has announced the postponement of the Board Meeting scheduled for April 09, 2026. The meeting was initially intended to consider and approve the draft letter of the company. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting has been rescheduled to a later date, which will be intimated separately. As a result, the Board Meeting scheduled for April 09, 2026 stands cancelled until further notice.
