Noble Polymers Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for FY2026

Noble Polymers Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by the Promoters, members of the Promoter Group, Directors, KMPs, Insiders, Designated and Connected persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of its Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the provisions of the Clause 4(2) of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBUHO/ISD/ISD-SECA/P/CIR/ZOZZ/ 107 dated August 5, 2022 and SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting in connection with publishing its Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2026, will be announced in due course.
