Pine Labs Subsidiary, Mopay Services, Initiates Voluntary Strike-off Process

Pine Labs Ltd. has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Mopay Services Private Limited (MSPL), will initiate the process of voluntary strike-off of its name from the register of companies maintained by the Registrar of Companies under Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013. This decision was made during a shareholders meeting held on March 27, 2026. MSPL is not currently engaged in any business operations and does not have any activity. The purpose of this move is to streamline the group structure and reduce administrative and compliance overheads. Upon completion of necessary formalities and subject to approval from the Registrar of Companies, MSPL will stand dissolved and cease to be a subsidiary of Pine Labs.
