Lupin Ltd Completes Acquisition of VISUfarma B.V. for Undisclosed Amount

Lupin Ltd, a prominent pharmaceutical company, has announced the completion of its acquisition of VISUfarma B.V., a Netherlands-based firm. The acquisition was carried out by Nanomi B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Lupin. The deal was first announced in September 2025, and after the completion of customary closing conditions, it was finalized on April 01, 2026. Post-acquisition, VISUfarma and its subsidiaries have become wholly owned subsidiaries of Nanomi. The financial details of the acquisition were previously disclosed as per the SEBI Listing Regulations and applicable SEBI Circulars.
