Garg Furnace Ltd Closes Trading Window for FY 2025-2026

Garg Furnace Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities. The closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. The window will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April 2026, till 48 hours after the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the financial year ending 31st March 2026 are communicated to the Stock Exchanges. This applies to Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnels, designated persons of the Company, and their immediate relatives.
