Cosmo First Ltd Enters Support Service Agreement with Cosmo Ferrites Limited for 1 Year

Cosmo First Ltd has entered into a support service agreement with Cosmo Ferrites Limited, a related party, for a period of 1 year from April 01, 2026 to March 31, 2027. The consolidated fee for the services is Rs. 2.00 lacs per month plus applicable GST. The agreement can be terminated by either party at 30 days’ notice. The transaction is a related party transaction, done at ‘arm’s length’, as Mr. Ashok Jaipuria is the common promoter of both companies.
