Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure from 1st April 2026

Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for Designated Persons (DPs), their immediate relatives, and persons with whom the DPs have a material financial relationship. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the financial results is yet to be announced.
