Unisem Agritech Promoters Declare No Encumbrance of Shares in FY 2025-2026

Unisem Agritech Ltd promoters, Honnebagi Nagappa Devakumar, on behalf of the promoter and promoter group, have declared that no encumbrance was created or invoked on the equity shares of the company held by them during the financial year ended 31st March 2026. This declaration is in accordance with Regulation 31(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The list of promoters and promoter group as of 31st March 2025 is also provided.
