RMC Switchgears Ltd. to be Listed on BSE & NSE Mainboards from 1st April, 2026

RMC Switchgears Ltd. has received final listing and trading approval for migration of 1,05,76,850 equity shares from the SME Platform of BSE Limited to the Mainboard of BSE Limited and from the SME Platform of BSE Limited to the Capital Market segment (Main Board) of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). This dual listing marks a significant milestone in the company's journey, aligning with its strategic vision to broaden the shareholder base, improve visibility and accessibility of shares, and reinforce its position in the Indian financial ecosystem. The migration will make the company subject to all provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, including corporate governance provisions.
