
SoftTech Launches India's First TDR Trading Exchange Platform-e-TDR
SoftTech Engineers Ltd. has launched India's first unified digital platform for Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) transactions, e-TDR, in partnership with Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) and under the directions of the UDD, Government of Maharashtra. The platform serves over 18,000 registered developers and TDR owners in BMC. e-TDR is an online platform that allows buyers and sellers to transact TDR with digitally signed contracts, secure bank payment gateways, real-time bidding, negotiation, and settlement. The platform also features digital contracts with IGR-integrated stamp duty payments, AI-enabled predictive and prescriptive analytics, blockchain-anchored TDR Certificate issuance, and automated compliance and settlement workflows.
