Sinclairs Hotels Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window

Sinclairs Hotels Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's 'Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading'. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of these results will be intimated in due course.
