Amanaya Ventures Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until Completion of Audited Financial Results Declaration

Amanaya Ventures Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons, including their immediate relatives, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Half year and Year ended on 31st March, 2026. The company has also complied with the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 regarding Trading Window closure period under Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board Meeting for the review and approval of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
