Trading Window Closed for Speciality Medicines Insiders Until After Q1 and Q4 2026 Results

Speciality Medicines Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for insiders of the company, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be closed with immediate effect until 48 hours after the declaration and publication of Audited Standalone Financial Results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with BSE Circular no. LIST /COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2019.
